17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Optional)
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers apply.
18. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to, constitute the entire agreement between you and De Hidden Figures.
